LMS Services

Leeds Building Society has appointed Legal Marketing Services Limited (LMS), a conveyancing panel management specialist, to coordinate the legal work for our remortgages.

Fees assisted remortgage

Leeds Building Society offers fees assisted remortgages. That means we pay most of the legal fees for the remortgage, including:

  • Standard legal fees
  • Land registry search fees
  • Land registry registration fees

TrackMyCase

Customers can track their cases through TrackMyCase, a fully interactive and digital service for customers including an introductory telephone call at the beginning of the transaction.

STARS

Mortgage advisors can track their conveyancing cases by subscribing to LMS's STARS system. It provides real-time updates on each case.
